We are Cara and Jill. We are best friends, business partners and “parents” of this amazing community we have built at PUSH Fitness. We are connoisseurs of spandex and lip gloss, the crazier the better. So don’t be afraid to let your freak flag fly when you work with us!

Between us we have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, 6 kids, 2 husbands and hours and hours of laughing until you cry moments.

We exist to help parents and parents-to-be have healthy pregnancies, successful postpartum recoveries and to help people in all stages of life find strength and confidence on the inside and out.
